The audio captured is only used for song identification and is not stored by our app or shared with any parties other than Apple. The identified song information is used for your post, and no audio data is retained thereafter.
We use cookies and tokens on the site and similar authentication methods in the app to keep you logged in. Our server software may also store basic technical information, such as your IP address, in temporary memory or logs.
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app and website requires HTTPS with certificate pinning.
You may access or change your information or delete your account from the Mosaic iOS app. From your account, open Settings > Profile & Account > Delete Account. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
Mosaic displays links and content from third-party sites. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
